Return Window

You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email info@windsorstorellc.store with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
  • We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  • Ship the item(s) back to our return center at:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send an email confirming approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Place a new order and return the original item for a refund — this is the fastest way to receive your preferred item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at info@windsorstorellc.store within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
